Empowerment 4 Girls

Empowerment 4 Girls exists to provide all girls with the tools, life skills, and support network to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally in their adolescence and throughout their lives. We believe all girls and women can embrace who they are, define their future, and change the world to manifest our vision of a just world where all youth are confident, resilient and resourceful.

Empowerment 4 Girls works in community to provide our programs to girls and non-binary youth ages 10-15 years. We also offer volunteer opportunities for teens and adults to support our program staff during our one-day and week-long programs.

Our Empowerment Programs educate, nurture and empower girls to deepen their unique character, cultivate self-confidence, develop core life skills, and implement daily self-care through an innovative journey towards self-discovery—creating sisterhood and fun through self-expression.

Our Sex Education Programs provide body awareness for empowered choices. Learning topics include anatomy and body changes, consent and boundaries, gender identity and sexual orientation, building healthy relationships, and social media awareness.

We are a small but mighty organization going into our 7th year with two part-time Co-Executive Directors, and three seasonal/part-time Youth Program Facilitators, under the fundraising support, guidance and oversight of an all volunteer Board of Directors.
