Hackensack Meridian Hospice is one of the longest-running hospice programs in the region with over 30 years of proud service and commitment to the community. Our longevity reflects our excellent and sensitive care for patients including Veterans and individuals of diverse orientations, backgrounds, financial status and diagnoses. A member of the Hackensack Meridian Health network, we are a not-for-profit organization which serves patients who reside in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. The time and talent that volunteers give helps Hackensack Meridian Hospice provide compassionate and quality care to our patients and families.
