    PACT is a 501c3 dedicated to protecting children from exploitation through a preventative approach. Our public health approach to child trafficking entails using the most up-to-date research to define the problem, identify risk and protective factors, understand the cost, and develop prevention strategies that engage the entire community. Together we can turn the tide to protect the children in our community.
