    The Richmond Police Activities League (RPAL) is a non profit, community-based organization founded in 1982. Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for recreational, educational, cultural and social activities while building positive community relations between police officers, youth and citizens. RPAL offers a variety of youth development, crime intervention and prevention geared toward 2nd-12th grade students.
