HOPE Dementia Support, a program of CDM Caregiving Services
Mission
Our mission is to provide Support, Education, and Advocacy for the care partner and the individual living with dementia.
About Us
At HOPE Dementia Support, we believe no one should walk the dementia journey alone. We provide support, education, connection, and advocacy for individuals living with dementia and the people who care for them.
We serve care partners, families, friends, and individuals living with dementia throughout SW Washington and neighboring Oregon communities through weekly facilitated support groups, educational programs, dementia-friendly community events, and meaningful engagement opportunities. Our programs are designed to reduce isolation, increase understanding, and help people feel seen, supported, and connected.
At the heart of HOPE is the belief that dignity, belonging, and joy matter at every stage of the dementia journey. We strive to create welcoming, compassionate spaces where people can share openly, build relationships, and find encouragement from others who truly understand.
Volunteers are essential to our mission. Whether helping with support programs, community outreach, events, educational workshops, or special projects, our volunteers help create moments of comfort, connection, and hope for the families we serve. We value kindness, empathy, inclusion, collaboration, and the power of community.
Together, we are building a more dementia-inclusive community where individuals and families feel supported, respected, and never alone.
