Community Schools are full-service neighborhood hubs where the school and partners from across the community come together to make sure kids and families have what they need to be successful – in school and in life. Our SUN and CAFE Community Schools are open to all ages, preschool to seniors, with a focus on students in the immediate school community.

The success of our children is largely determined by their achievement in school. Yet many kids face challenges or barriers that keep them from realizing their true potential. Enrichment activities, homework help, mentoring, and access to support services (like food pantries, clothes closets, or community referrals) help our kids and their families thrive. Offering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for individuals of all ages, languages, and socio-economic backgrounds means everyone can be part of their school and their community. By providing safe and engaging learning centers, children, families and neighborhoods grow stronger and students flourish.
