Nevada Affordable Senior Houisng is a section 202 HUD housing project operated by California Commercial Investment group for low-income seniors and disabled. The bulding has a grant-funded Services Coordinator responsible for assisting residents, monitoring their activites of daily living, bringing in educational and community groups to enrich the lives of residents working to keep residents in independent living situations as long as they are able.This not only promotes self-determination and automomy, but lessens the burden on medical, assisted living, and other more expensive forms of care.
