    We are dedicated to promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for Neighbors: older adults and persons with disabling conditions who reside throughout the Foothills community (Carefree, Cave Creek, North Scottsdale and North Phoenix).

    About Us

    Our goal is to help individuals remain living independently in their own homes for as long as possible. We do this through a force of volunteers who deliver services and support that address socialization, health, wellness, and mobility to promote physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being. Our services include: Mobile Meals, Non-emergency Medical Transportation, Friendly Visiting/Phoning, Caregiver Relief, Minor Home Repair, Recreational Van Program, Grocery Shopping and Technology Assistance.
