    The Rural Women’s Health Project (RWHP), a health justice organization, was founded in 1991. The RWHP works with rural communities to strengthen their capacity to overcome health and justice barriers. We advocate to change systemic barriers impacting immigrants, people living with HIV and those living is rural communities as well as capacitate community leaders to reduce inequity. Therefore, to increase access and assistance to the communities we serve, we engage with health, social and legal service providers to address disparities.
