Unique Projects, Inc. of New York

Unique Projects is a not-for-profit foundation created and administered by Pentacle to serve the performing arts community. In particular it addresses the need of creative artists in dance, performance, music theater and media arts for resources to make and show work, resources which are increasingly more difficult to obtain in the current economic and political climate. Unique Projects functions as a crucial link between artists who are embarking on projects and the individuals, corporations and foundations which are interested in supporting artistic creativity and adventurous work. Unique redistributes funds from individuals and organizations wishing to support the work of one or more artists in Unique Projects' family of artists. Unique redistributes these funds as grants-in-aid, much as a college or university awards designated scholarships to individuals who meet appropriate criteria.
