About Us

Happy Hollow Children's Camp, in Brown County, provides residential camping activities in order to encourage the development of the social, mental and physical growth of children through the challenges of outdoor living and learning. Our mission is creating outdoor learning experiences that inspire Indiana youth to reach their full potential as active, responsible and caring members of our community.

Happy Hollow serves children, ages 7 to 14, primarily from Marion County and other United Way of Central Indiana Counties with major emphasis on children who are economically disadvantaged or have special medical needs, including moderate to severe asthma. In the spring and fall when residential summer camp is not in session, Happy Hollow hosts school groups for two- and three-day field trips related to nature education.
