University of Maryland Office of Sustainability

The University of Maryland is recognized as a campus sustainability leader (by the Princeton Review and College Sustainability Report Card) for its history of environmental stewardship, recent successes in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and other environmental impacts, integrating sustainability into the curriculum and student experience, and for the dedication of its students, faculty, and staff to sustainability initiatives. The Office of Sustainability monitors the University's sustainability progress and develops programs that help the institution work toward its goal of becoming a national model for a Green University. The Office of Sustainability is a fast paced, dynamic, and quickly changing organization and we seek talented individuals who thrive in this environment.
