    Our mission is to provide dogs and cats with loving foster homes for up to 90 days for pet parents who are facing a major, temporary life crisis. We focus our efforts on lower-income families and fixed-income seniors, those who may have no other choice but to surrender their pets due to overwhelming financial constraints. Our service area covers southwest Gwinnett County in Atlanta, Georgia.

    About Us

    Stay Together Furever was founded in October 2023 with the goal of reducing animal shelter overpopulation by providing temporary assistance to pet parents in need. To achieve our mission, we need Atlanta-area foster homes. We offer the following unique benefits: No need to attend adoption events. No worries about "foster failing" since the end goal is to reunite the pet with its loving family. No guesswork about the pet's background or temperament. We also offer a unique volunteer appreciation program called Thanks Fur Everything that allows you to earn points for signing up with STF and for each pet you foster. Points can be redeemed for gift cards.
