The R.E.L.L.E. Legacy Foundation was born out of love, resilience, and lived experience. Founded by breast cancer survivor and community advocate La-Trenda Ross, the Foundation exists to uplift, educate, and empower individuals and families impacted by breast cancer — ensuring that no one walks this journey alone.

Our organization is built on the belief that compassion and access change lives. We provide financial relief to those struggling with the costs of treatment and daily living; offer education on early detection and self-care; and connect survivors, caregivers, and families to emotional and community support resources.

At our core, we value empathy, integrity, empowerment, equity, and community collaboration. These values guide everything we do — from grassroots outreach in underserved neighborhoods to partnerships with hospitals, local businesses, and elected officials who share our mission of health equity and awareness.

We serve a broad and diverse community: patients currently in treatment, survivors in remission, caregivers, and families who are rebuilding their lives after diagnosis. Our programs reach individuals across Hudson County and beyond, with a focus on those who are uninsured, underinsured, or facing financial hardship.
