    • About Us

    The Chicago Health Corps is an AmeriCorps*National Direct program that connects a group of people with Chicago's underserved and uninsured communities. Chicago Health Corps members apply and commit to a year of service providing needed services such as health education, promotion, outreach on various health topics to children, youth and adults. Various health topics include nutrition education, sexual health education, asthma education, tobacco-use prevention, and other health related topics.
