  • About Us

Firefly Youth Project is a small organisation, and registered Scottish charity, that aims to encourage reconciliation and communication amongst young people living in separated areas and communities. This aim is achieved through educational and recreational activities at our three centres in Brcko, where our staff work with young people of all ethnic groups and organise activities such as drama, music, language tuition, art, photography and the production of a youth magazine. We co-ordinate two annual community festivals, and a series of summer holiday camps for children from all over the former Yugoslavia. We also work towards setting up links between young people in Bosnia and the rest of the world.
