About Us
Our mission is to engage autism families and the community for mutual support and enrichment.
In achieving the above mission, Autism Community Alliance seeks to:
1) Partner with stakeholders (non-profit organizations, community organizations, health care providers, and government agencies) to share information and resources to improve the quality of life for individuals with autism.
2) Advocate for increased funding and opportunities for autistic individuals with the local, state, and Federal government.
3) Network and build a volunteer and mentoring program to support families and individuals impacted by autism.
4) Develop creative and appropriate recreational, vocational, and social activities designed to integrate individuals with autism in the community.
5) Develop innovative respite and personal care programs for individuals with autism.
