    It is the mission of BEATS, Inc to incorporate the unique benefits of horses (Equine Assisted Activities and Therapy) and/or water (Aquatic Therapy/Adapted lessons) to provide the highest level of therapy and therapeutic instruction to individuals with special needs. This mission includes providing scholarship to allow participation in these services. Further, it is our aim to educate the public, our peers and clients/families about the benefits of using horse movement for therapy and recreation and be an industry leader in education and publicity.

    About Us

    BEATS, Inc was founded in 2003 by a therapist who had experienced the power of using alternate environments in therapy, particularly horse movement and water in treating kids and adults with brain injury. We are located in Canton GA and offer therapy services using horses as well as adaptive riding, Special Olympics and Paralympic opportunities! Our daily operations require volunteers to help lead the horse or walk alongside to assist our clients. Additionally we always welcome groups to come in for projects to help around the farm as well as individuals who wish to help in other capacities such as fundraising, programming or community service.
