    WAMULU International

    History:

    Wamulu International began as the Wamulu Self Help Group in 1997 and was registered as a Community Based Organization in 2003. It became a registered NGO in 2005, expanding its reach and capacity to address community needs.

    Goals:

    • To combat poverty and unemployment.
    • To raise awareness about human and child rights.
    • To enhance access to education and healthcare.

    Programs:

    • Agricultural Initiatives: Promoting sustainable farming practices and improving food security.
    • Education Programs: Facilitating access to educational resources for children.
    • Healthcare Support: Providing information and resources related to HIV/AIDS and general health.

    Achievements:

    • Successfully collaborated with local groups to implement various community projects.
    • Increased awareness and access to education and healthcare in the region.
    • Empowered women through initiatives that promote land ownership and agricultural participation.
