    CUMAC feeds people and changes lives. It works to alleviate hunger and its root causes for those in need in Paterson, Passaic County and northern New Jersey.

    About Us

    CUMAC acts as one of the largest feeding programs in northern New Jersey. CUMAC's pantry provides food to over 40,000 people a year and our depot handles nearly 2 million pounds of food for a network of 55 feeding programs.

    CUMAC runs multiple programs dedicated to addressing the root causes of hunger and poverty. Our Disaster Relief program helps people affected by fire, flood and other disaster. Our Thrift Shop provides high quality, low cost items to low income shoppers. Pathways to Work provides job training to those seeking gainful employment. CUMAC's Place of Promise is a permanent supportive housing program. CUMAC administers the Community Food Coalition of over 25 pantries and agencies committed to serving those in need in Passaic County and surrounding areas. CUMAC's seasonal projects provide school supplies, holiday gifts and other items to close to over 1,000 area youth.

    CUMAC is located just off of routes 80 and 4 on/off ramps and we offer off street parking. Volunteers received a comprehensive tour and orientation, staff are on hand at all times to guide and answer questions Join our team of 2,500+ volunteers to feed people and change lives and see why our volunteers become life-long friends!
