StableStrides

Here at StableStrides, our mission is to significantly improve the well-being of individuals through a connection with horses. We believe that horses and the therapy they provide is an essential solution to strong and healthy individuals, families, and communities.

We offer three programs at our facilities: Adaptive Riding, POST (PT, OT, and Speech Therapies), and Mental Health. We serve children as young as 2 years old and seniors. We also serve a large population of active duty military, veterans and their families. We support the LGBQT+ community and strive to constantly improve ourselves in diversifying, equality and inclusion in all aspects of our work.

At StableStrides we love to teach! It does not matter if you have never been around a horse. We will teach you what you need to know. Everyone starts at the same level as sidewalkers, who become the client advocate and supporter. Sidewalkers walk beside the horse as the client rides and can help them complete tasks in their lessons, work on self advocating, improve motor skills and so much more. Without sidewalkers, we cannot hold lessons!
