    About Us

    Joy Outdoor Education Center was originally founded in 1938 as a summer camp for children from disadvantaged backgrounds and has grown into year-round operation serving children, schools, families, businesses, and organizations.

    JOEC's beautiful 3150-acre campus is located in Clarksville, OH (Warren County) and within 35 miles of Cincinnati and Dayton. Modern meeting, overnight, and eating facilities are nestled amongst JOEC's rolling hills, meadows, and woods.
