LEAF Project

Program Description:

The LEAF Project is an innovative youth agriculture program that employs youth, ages 14-18, to farm and take an active role in changing the food system. LEAF youth come from diverse backgrounds to work together on our compact farm, as well as in the kitchen with professional chefs, and on other farms in the area. Through their summer internship, they learn culinary, agriculture, professional, and interpersonal skills that they can use to make a difference in their communities. 

Mission:

The LEAF Project's mission is to cultivate young leaders by doing meaningful work within the food system.
