The mission of M.E.N. Inc. is to mentor, educate & nurture young men regardless of ethnicity or sexual orientation within available resources allowed.

M.E.N. Incorporated’s mentoring program provides culturally responsive, relationship-based support to young men of color, focusing on personal growth, academic success, and emotional wellness. The program offers individual mentoring, where mentors build meaningful, one-on-one connections with students, providing guidance, goal setting, and positive role modeling. This approach helps students navigate challenges, improve self-esteem, and make positive life choices.

For those who benefit from a group setting, the program also offers group mentoring through structured peer sessions, allowing students to discuss topics like identity, conflict resolution, self-discipline, and leadership in a supportive, shared environment.

Additionally, mentors participate in community mentoring circles and Safe Space Support Groups, which address issues like depression, bullying, and social-emotional wellness, creating safe environments for youth to express themselves without judgment.

All mentors are trained to understand the unique cultural and social challenges their mentees face, ensuring they provide compassionate, relevant support. The program prioritizes long-term, impactful relationships that empower students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
