    Our mission is to create a limitless future for children and families with disabilities. We joined the Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) family in 2025.

    About Us

    Founded in the early 1950s by parents and volunteers to serve the needs of children with cerebral palsy, Unlimited Possibilities now serves children with all types of developmental disabilities and provides vital support to families. Each year, we provide direct services to over 5,400 people, 64% of whom have primary disabilities other than cerebral palsy.
