Mission Inspire Global Ideas (IGI) exists to mobilize volunteers to address community issues and build on community assets.

Vision

Our vision is to support the work of local community organizations in developing countries through the placement of international or local volunteers.

We believe that local communities are in the best position to determine their needs, and we provide volunteers to help them achieve their goals.

The organization believes in utilizing volunteer placements to make a real difference in communities and empowering both volunteers and local communities

Inspire Global Ideas three core functions:**

1. To build healthy communities enriched by volunteers.
2. Providing welcoming spaces that embrace diverse ideas, knowledge, cultures, and experiences.
3. Building and sharing knowledge through the delivery of professional development, training, learning and networking opportunities, and specialized services and resources that advance the quality of volunteer programs and build capacity in the non-profit sector.
