Started by Irene O’Neill CSJ, Sisters Rising Worldwide (SRW) is a global network of Catholic Sisters working to end poverty, fight injustice, and stop human trafficking. SRW empowers Sisters to lead grassroots projects that protect vulnerable people and create lasting change. Through our online fundraising platform and PeaceRoom, thousands of Sisters in over 17 countries are connected, funded, and supported, and are able to bring their projects to life. Our platform allows Sisters across the world to communicate their needs, share their knowledge, and allow others to join their mission by focusing donations and support directly to Sisters who are on the ground in some of the world’s most vulnerable communities.
