To facilitate creation of a new order in the present socio-economic status through equitable participation of children, women and men, especially of the present unorganized and marginalized people in decision making based on the values of social justice, equity, truth, freedom and the dignity of human life, which leads to a homogeneous society where evil and oppressive forces have lost their potency. AYORA’s philosophy is based on the values of non-discrimination, equality, and non-violence, and the eradication of poverty, illiteracy, and inequality. It works explicitly with children, women, tribal people and other marginalized groups. It also promotes the participation of people irrespective of gender, age group, caste, creed and religion for a sustainable and value based development.
