    North Carolina Prisoner Legal Services is a non-profit law firm that contracts with the State of North Carolina to assist it in providing persons incarcerated in our state prisons with access to the courts. Our attorneys represent clients in post-conviction proceedings in state and federal courts, and also provide representation in cases challenging the constitutionality of conditions of confinement.
