  • About Us

At the YMCA of Western North Carolina, our mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body. The YMCA of Western North Carolina is comprised of six branches (five facilities and our corporate office), eighteen satellite childcare sites, and 200-plus programs throughout our community.

The YMCA of Western North Carolina is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a drug-free workplace. We are a major employer in the Western North Carolina area and offer a fun working environment and competitive pay. Our benefits include a free YMCA membership, paid training opportunities, medical and dental insurance, as well as retirement benefits for eligible positions, and many opportunities for both career and personal growth.
