  • Mission

We strive to advance the expression, appreciation and enjoyment of the arts, for all. Each year, our over 40 Pacific Art League faculty members guide students, from beginners to advanced, in their own development as artists. As accomplished artists and educators, they foster PAL's culture of creating and appreciating art, while dedicating themselves to teaching and mentoring students. PAL's faculty consist of respected educators and renown artists, perusing a fascinating array of projects and exhibitions in galleries and art institutions locally and worldwide.

    About Us

Since 1921 we have been dedicated to the great tradition of promoting art, training emerging artists and enriching lives in the San Francisco Peninsula. The Pacific Art League currently enrolls over 2,500 students of all ages, backgrounds and skill levels in classes taught by a faculty of 40+ experienced artists. Our online gallery showcases several exhibits a year, including an annual anniversary show juried by local artists.
