About Us
87 Afterschool, Inc. is a 501(c)3 corporation, providing innovative, high-quality out-of-school enrichment for school-age children K–5. The program serves a diverse group of more than 400 children in grades K–5 at PS 87 on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
87 Afterschool, Inc. is a private non-profit afterschool enrichment organization exclusively serving the children of PS 87. The program is a separate entity from PS 87 and the PS 87 Parent Association.
The mission of 87 Afterschool, Inc. is to provide enrichment activities that support youth's physical, emotional, and social development in order to help them reach their full potential.
