Mass211, Massachusetts #1 Information and Referral service for health and human services, is seeking client service orientated staff with a human service background to help connect callers to services in their community.
Responsibilities include, in part, managing critical calls from law enforcement agencies, online customer care chat and updating database records.
The primary mission of Mass211 Information and Referral Services is to bring people and services together. This mission is accomplished by providing accurate information about a broad range of community, social, government, health, and human services to a diverse group of inquirers in a professional, effective, and empathic manner.
Mass211 exists to serve the community with an free, anonymous confidential telephone service, providing accurate information and referral of available community services, crisis and suicide intervention 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
