CIME's (See-Me) mission is to advance intersectional representation in media and entertainment. CIME brings together the 5A’s (Artists, Academics, Activists, Audiences, and Allies in the Industry) in a reinforcing circle of change that unites an interdisciplinary think tank with intersectional training & development. We embrace audiences' demand for more diverse content & empower creators to positively and effectively impact culture. We forge inclusive, intersectional workforces that produce more representative narratives, increasing both goodwill & profits.
