Chinatown-International District Business Improvement Area

Established in 1994, the Chinatown-International District Business Improvement Area (CIDBIA) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization primarily funded through a self-imposed tax on business and property owners in the Chinatown-International District. Its mission is to promote economic vitality of the district, encourage responsible business development and support continuous improvement of the quality of life in the district for its business owners, residents, and visitors.
