    The CHP 11-99 Foundation exists to serve the California Highway Patrol employees and their families in times of crisis.

    About Us

    Since its inception in 1982, the CHP 11-99 Foundation has provided over $31 million in assistance to CHP employees and their families, including $25 million in scholarships to their children and to spouses of Fallen Officers. This past year, we awarded 1,017 students with over $2.1 million in collegiate scholarships and provided over $388,000 in emergency and death benefits to grieving families in crisis.
