  • About Us

    The Spokane AIDS Network (SAN) is a community based, non-profit agency dedicated to minimizing the impact of, and maximizing awareness about, AIDS and other consequences of HIV infection on communities and individuals in the Inland Northwest. Our Mission is accomplished through the following goals:

    • Provide emotional support to people living with HIV/AIDS and family, friends and loved ones in a positive nonjudgmental way;
    • Encourage the existing support systems of a person living with HIV/AIDS;
    • Provide appropriate information and referral with regard to services and resources available to people living with HIV and AIDS;
    • Educate people involved in high-risk behaviors as well as the general public regarding preventative measures to impact the cycle of the HIV infection process.

    SAN is a 501(c) (3) community-based organization serving HIV positive clients in our community since 1985.
