About Us
No Kill Harford, Inc. is an all volunteer, non-profit organization committed to making Harford County, MD one of the safest places for companion animals and feral cats in the country by establishing Harford County as a “No Kill” community.
Through advocacy, education, and programs within the community NKH will work to meet the definition of “No Kill” by achieving a 90% or greater Live Save Rate (LSR) for all companion animals and feral cats within Harford County.
