The Providence Model Staffing Initiative is dedicated to staffing schools by hiring teachers through mutual consent. We know that when principals are able to choose the teachers they want in their buildings and teachers are able to choose which schools they would like to work in, we have a better chance of getting highly effective, motivated teachers in front of our students.
