To promote equal housing opportunities and enlarge choices for all minority groups; to promote integration for all client groups served by the organization; to provide housing counseling services to the most fragile and needy populatin including but not limited to senior citizens, psychiatrically and physically disabled person and homeless families and individuals; to assist low and moderate income persons to reside in decent, safe and sanitary housing.
