About Us

The Federación Antioqueña de ONG - FAONG, with 29 years of institutional management, is a private non-profit second-class social union, created in 1988, with the aim to represent non-governmental social development organizations in the department of Antioquia (Colombia) and to promote its strengthening. 


The FAONG currently has 90 active members in the state of Antioquia and is considered an instance of social representation in Colombia. As a social union, it is a meeting place to promote and exchange ideas, in which proposals and joint actions are agreed on the social development of the region and the country, exercising an interlocution, defense and endorsement management, in order to facilitate the interaction and coordination of social development plans and programs.
