    Community Energy Project is a non-profit organization that promotes affordable housing in Portland through education about, and distribution of materials for energy conservation, water conservation, and lead-safe homes.

    About Us

    Community Energy Project helps Portland residents keep energy and water bills low, and their homes safe from lead through our four programs: Self Help Weatherization Workshop, Senior Weatherization Program, Self Help Water Conservation Workshop, and Lead Poisoning Prevention Workshop.
