  • Mission

Wekiva Wilderness Trust is a dedicated team of volunteers and board members who support the work of the Wekiva River Basin state parks, and whose members and leadership volunteer at and lead park activities, host and assist in educational opportunities and, in general, bolster the excellent work of our state parks. We provide additional support for administration, maintenance, protection, resource management, and visitor services.

We are a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization providing resource-based recreation while preserving, interpreting and restoring natural and cultural resources.

    About Us

The Park System we serve is comprised of Wekiwa Springs State Park, Rock Springs Run State Reserve, and Lower Wekiva River Preserve State Park.

These Wekiva River Basin State Parks are located in Lake, Orange and Seminole counties, and abut Volusia County.
