    The Waterford Foundation preserves the historic buildings and open spaces of the National Historic Landmark of Waterford, Virginia; and through education, increases the public's knowledge of life and work in an early American rural community.

    About Us

    The Waterford Fair, soon to be celebrating its 75th year, is the major fundraising event of the Foundation. Providing the income for not only preserving buildings in an 18th & 19th century Quaker village but the Second Street School (1-room) program for 4th graders and the Heritage Craft School.
