Alliance for Police Accountability

The Alliance for Police Accountability(APA), founded in 2010, is a grassroots organization dedicated to criminal justice reconstruction, specializing in community/police relations. We are committed to put an end to street violence by eradicating concentrated poverty. We are committed to taking action against any form of injustice within the criminal legal system. We are committed to reconstructing the criminal legal system and reversing the war on drugs. We demand that those responsible for criminal justice and law enforcement be held accountable. The APA is an alliance of diverse organizations and individuals working for justice. We ensure the voices of the people are heard and that the community is included in the making of decisions that affect them. Our work today is more important than ever, and APA is growing and becoming stronger to meet the current political challenges.
