For a decade, TBCC has been at the forefront of delivering impactful services in our targeted areas, gaining valuable experience in supporting high-risk individuals and families. Our focus encompasses mentoring, social-emotional learning, service learning, employment, delinquency prevention, and poverty alleviation. Proudly holding a CARF International accreditation for community youth development, which is a testament to our unwavering dedication to delivering high-quality services.

Through our After School Leadership Program, Summer Camp Program, and Case Management Services we wholeheartedly embrace the challenges that youth face. Our core passion is on creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth. Our programs offer a diverse range of activities, including mentorship, leadership development, and workforce training, all designed to empower the youth of Chicago's South Side.
