    Bay Area Organization Development Network connects OD Professionals across the Bay Area to advance organizations and practitioners by creating a community, sharing knowledge and ideas, and raising awareness of the OD profession.

    About Us

    The current version of the Bay Area Organization Development Network brings together OD professionals for learning and social networking opportunities to advance the study and knowledge of organizational development practices and interventions. BAodn conducts monthly educational meetings on Zoom and hosts quarterly in-person networking events. This year, we will host the Immersive Technology Learning Conference at the David Brower Center in Downtown Berkeley on April 27, 2024, from 10 am - 4 pm!!!
