    The mission of the Howard University National Workforce Diversity Pipeline Program is to deliver excellence and consistency in the creation of educational pathways to diversifying healthcare, STEM and STEM-related fields. This will be achieved through vital curriculum exposure as well as practical experiences, guiding students’ pursuit of their related careers. We are housed under the College of Pharmacy at Howard. The mission of Howard University College of Pharmacy is to provide pharmacy education of excellent quality to students with high academic, scholarship, and leadership potential, with particular emphasis upon the recruitment, retention, and graduation of promising African American and other ethnically diverse minority students.

    The College fosters the creation of new knowledge through innovative research and scholarship, commitment to community service and continuous quality improvement, and dedication to superior pharmacy practice locally and globally.
