With Food in Mind

With Food in Mind operates at the intersection of food, visual culture, and social change. Because food is relevant to every living person, we believe that it is uniquely capable of engaging many different audiences in learning about the arts. We develop drop-in workshops, afterschool programs, and other educational programs that dynamically combine the two disciplines, fostering art and food appreciation. As a nomadic organization, we partner with a wide range of other organizations and creative professionals to bring our programs to low-income communities and people of color in New York City and beyond.
