LIL ROAR CAT RESCUE

  • Mission

Lil Roar Cat Rescue (LRCR) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit cat rescue organization located in the Virginia Beach, Virginia area. LRCR’s primary missions are to 1) spay and neuter community (feral) cats through our Trap, Neuter, Release (TNR) program; 2) find “forever” homes through our foster care program for adoptable stray cats and kittens found while undertaking our TNR projects; and 3) educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering all cats to address the cat overpopulation problem in our area.

    About Us

Lil Roar Cat Rescue was founded in 2017 by our current President, Lisa Catlett. It is governed by a Board of Directors and operates in Virginia Beach, Virginia and the surrounding area(s). We have helped hundreds of thousands of cats out of homelessness and dangerous situations and either found them loving homes or responsibly TNR'd them into our community. Lil Roar Cat Rescue is run exclusively on a volunteer and donations basis and not even the board members nor president takes a salary. Lil Roar is dedicated to reducing the feral and homeless cat population.
